.photoshop tutorial #2. (Fog Effect)
1. Open up your image.I use Taylor Swift picture.@_@
2. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode to screen.
3. Choose 'File > Blur > Gaussian Blur'. Adjust the radius and then click Ok.
4. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J) and now change the blending mode to Overlay.
5. So now we have the fog overlay effect, but the highlights is overexposed(the red circle). 
6. To fix it, select the two layers and group (Ctrl+G) it. Then select the layer group 'Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All'.
7. Select the layer mask and then choose 'Image > Apply Image'. Adjust the opacity.
